Projekt30 is seeking artwork that possesses or infers the characteristics associated with the Melancholic temperament, or the emotional state of melancholy. Artwork which is down-cast, gloomy, pensive, sorrowful, or pre-occupied with the tragedy and cruelty of the world. See the below prospectus for a more complete explanation. \"Melancholy\" will follow Projekt30's publicly juried format: All artwork submitted will be presented online prior to the exhibition so visitors may help select which artists will be included in the exhibition. Unlike other juried exhibitions, all participants receive exposure. Thirty artists will be selected and the show will be publicized via our extensive mailing list. Public Jury: Dec 4-16.
